Business & Marketing Analyst
Following a 10 year career working in employability for vulnerable young adults, including 3 years in a Project Management capacity, Lily has worked with the Trust since 2017, initially as Assistant Manager of Hatton Teaching School Alliance and now as the Trust’s Business and Marketing Analyst.
Making good use of her experience in business administration and communications processes in different sectors, Lily is responsible for the delivery of the Trust’s marketing and communications strategy, including the management of the Trust’s social media presence and the leadership of the Trust’s events management schedule.
With her project management experience and versatility, Lily is the Trust’s go-to person for the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives arising; including the development of the Trust’s asset register, the implementation of Free School Meals voucher schemes, and the development of the Trust’s carbon efficiency reporting and centralised energy procurement contracts. Lily also supports the Trust with the development of sustainable central procurement options to deliver value for money for all Trust academies.
