Catering Assistant

NJC Scale Point 1 to 2 (£9.50 to £9.60 per hour)
10 hours per week (Monday to Friday 11.30am to 1.30pm), 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 days)
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to join the Catering team at the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for serving lunch to pupils at Victoria Primary Academy following all relevant food hygiene regulations; plus setting up and clearing down.
Applications are invited from candidates who have
- the minimum of Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
- a Level 2 catering related qualification or a commitment to complete a qualification
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- experience of working in a commercial kitchen
- the ability to work confidently in a “front of house” role
